Valuation NEVER approved by SC and Bursa!! A complete lie is revealed!

Malaysia People have been fooled and misled!!  We want all the irresponsible parties to apologise to Rakyat publicly!

When Chua Tee Yong revealed two weeks ago the lands in Selangor-Talam’s RM676 million saga were overvalued, Selangor People heard the “rebuttal” and “humiliation” from both Talam and Tony Pua.

Above the “rebuttal” and “humiliation”, Malaysia People were told that the questionable Valuation of the deal was scrutinised and approved by Securties Commission (“SC”) and Bursa!! This had misled Malaysia People into believing the questionable Valuation was “fair and reasonable” even though Chua Tee Yong pointed out that  Bestari Land was overpriced by RM42 million and Danau Putra Land was RM28 million more than the auction price in the open market.

The lie is completely broken now when Talam admitted that both SC and Bursa have in fact never approved the Valuation.  Then why they told us in the first place that SC and Bursa had approved the Valuation?  Don’t they know that the incorrect remarks will mislead the People?  Not forgetting too, DAP Tony had even directed the People to refer to Talam’s announcement in several occasions.

Malaysia People do not want to be fooled and misled!  Malaysia People demand a public apology from the irresponsble parties for their misleading and incorrect information.  We want Selangor government to anwer whether they are aware that the questionable Valuation was never approved by SC and Bursa.

Selangor government must remember this:  A further delay will not only bring more questions on the questionable Valuation but also the credibility of Selangor government.

  1. Public apology, plz. In foreign country, the government have to step down for giving wrong information which misled the people.

      • Hi Ubah, what is your fact? Tony’s run down his opponent tactic without explaning the over-valuation is your fact? If you want to talk about fact, please explain why PR paid so much for the problem lands. Khalid wants to use the water on land for water supply, is it?

      • What is your fact? ubi. You tak malu kah bila minta fact. Tanya diri sendiri apa fact dari Tony kecuali bohong dan rubbish.

    • Tony will divert the topic and have personal attack. He labelled chua jr as accountant cannot count. No valid point in his reply but only attack, divert and deceive with untrue info.

      • All these are shits from BN-time government. We shld grateful to PR for colllecting back alll the debt left by BN government.

      • Don’t blame others for PR’s failure in conducting a proper valuation. Yes, this was a debt owing by Talam but who taught PR to use the stupid method to collect the debt.

      • L3, stop playing the blaming game like the Pembohong Rakyat. We voted PR to solve problems but now they become a problem.

  2. Ask Chua Jr to debate with Tony. Don’t hide under his father underwear, accept Tony’s challege or shut his mounth.

  4. Shah Talam. July 17. 2012.
To divert this issue, the MB vowed to take over Syabas, the water concessionaire in Selangor, in 14 days.

Hope, federal government approve and we the consumer, benefit from the take-over. Later on, if something goes wrong, don’t blame anybody else.

    • RD, watch your mouth and I am not diverting. I want to take over Syabas so that I can convert the submerged lands into valuable dam. I will sell all these lands to Syabas so that the water can be used by the consumers. You people are fool and don’t understand how valuable is the water from Talam.

      • Hahaha, just like how the Selangor state is now, sinking underwater. Actually, i don’t even think that the state have enough money left to solve the water crisis after all these debts.

      • Are you all BN dogs? BN is corrupting and created all the shiits but PR recovered the debt and give free water. BN is stopping PR to take over Syabas otherwise PR can give more free water.

    • L3, PR was given four yrs time to clean the shit. We voted PR becos their manifesto say they are competent, accoutable and transparent. No excuses for the poor leadership and management.

  5. All the stupid fools above, stop the accusations. Ask CD son to debate with Tony if he got balls otherwise just keep the mouth shut.

    • Ask the state government (or if you want Tony to be their representative) to explain all this first before asking for a debate. We all know PR is oh so great in their talking skills and better yet, creating stories and diversion of attention from the real issue. If anyone from the PR have balls, they should come out and explain everything to the rakyat, or else just shut the hell up and prepare for a royal commission to dig up the dirt.

      • MB has explained and Tony has explained… what you want. Lim is correct, all BN dogs start attacking PR with false allegations when GE is near.

  7. Hey there would you mind stating which blog platform you’re using? I’m looking to start
my own blog soon but I’m having a tough time choosing between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your design and style seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something unique.
P.S Sorry for being off-topic but I had to ask!
